My name is Brandon, I currently work as a Technical Support Rep. for a web hosting company. I love using technology and playing games.
I started this site with the idea that I could create a place to rant about stupid things clients do while those of us in Technical Support/Customer Service endure them on a daily basis.
But shortly after starting up the site I figured why limit myself to just Client Services Hell? There are all sorts of things that are stupid out there in the Tech/Client Services world, so why limit what it posted about to Tech Client Services?
