Another one from the Baffled Tech

The Baffled tech has become a regular at sending me stuff, here’s another one:

Message:
Client came into chats unable to login. They had used one of the reset
password functions and then came into the chat system and said:

Baffled tech: Welcome to BRAND. Thank you for choosing Live Support.
How may I be of assistance?
Who needs security: hello
Who needs security: I cannot acess my website address to set it up
Who needs security: I have reset the passwrod adn it still refuses to
let my designer in
Baffled tech: I am sorry to hear that you are having problems
accesssing the account. How are try trying to access it? through the
cPanel account or FTP or another method?
Who needs security: From teh link in the email for the reset passwrod
Baffled tech: What is the URL they are trying to log into at?
(WEBADDRESS or another location)
Who needs security: WEBADDRESS
Who needs security: one very very annoying feature is when you set
your password you cannot SEE what you are typing

 Really… its standard practice across all of the computer word to
hide the password. Lets just say this chat was WAY to long.
